I lead a small content and UX team at Shift7 Digital, a mid-sized agency that focuses on responsive web design and PIM and CMS implementations for B2B and e-commerce companies with yearly revenue of $1 billion or more.

Clients

In the past 5 years, I've led responsive redesigns of many highly technical B2B manufacturing and e-commerce sites (and a few B2C sites, like Time Warner). For many clients, UX has not been a priority, so the first thing I do is help them develop a content and UX vision and roadmap. Based on that vision, I then design the content, data, navigation, and web pages they need to solve their key business and customer problems.
